Jason will devise you a 12 week training plan. You can send videos of your swimming for me to assess if you are local I can observe you in a local pool or park and give you tips and advice on how to improve your running or swimming technique

Full Time Coaching
The full time training program begins with an initial consultation to determine athlete's strengths and weaknesses, current availability according to their lifestyle (family/work schedule), short and long term goals. Services includes access to coach through phone or email (whichever the athlete prefers), fully customised, training, and strength/resistance plans, and two one-hour one-on-one training sessions per week (for local athletes) or two one-hour video/phone communication sessions to stay current with training (for non-local athletes). I use training peaks app to help monitor and observe your training

Part Time Coaching
The part time training program begins with an initial consultation to determine athlete's strengths and limiters in each discipline, current availability according to their lifestyle (family/work schedule), and short/long term goals. Services include access to coach through phone or email (whichever the athlete prefers), fully customised nutrition, training, and strength/resistance plans, and one one-hour one-on-one training sessions per week (for local athletes) or one one-hour video/phone communication sessions to stay current with training (for non-local athletes). Fully Customised Training Program
For those athletes that aren't looking for a full time or part time coach to help them reach their goals but want a little more than just a training program, no worries, got you covered. Price includes an initial consultation to determine athlete's strengths and limitations, current availability according to their lifestyle (family/work schedule), and short/long term goals. I will use this information to develop a fully customised training program for the athlete. This could also be just a nutrition plan or even a strength and conditioning plan. A bundling price is available for more than one plan. For example, if the athlete wanted a customised training program.

For those athletes that aren't looking for a full time or part time coach to help them reach their goals and just want the training program, no worries, got you covered. I have plans developed and available for every distance of triathlon.
