Jason started in the fitness industry in 1997. Helping you with your health, physical, emotional and mental fitness is his passion. His philosophy is work comfortably hard within your own limitations. Encouraging strong long muscles, adequate rest and recovery, encouraging gradual adaptation to overload and training.

Jason has worked as a sports therapist for local semi pro football teams, athletes and at various sports events in the region.

Jason will help you to explore your motivation, set goals if you have any. Explore motivation, identify any underlying limiting barriers or trauma that could be inhibiting you from achieving your objectives.

Jason is a qualified trainer, sports therapist, Swim, Run Coach, counsellor and loves doing stand up.

He has played competitive football, triathlons, completed 6 Marathons an Ironman and holds a fancy dress half marathon world record.
